My my. Itachi-san had loved his brother so much. Even though he was ordered to kill his own clan and family, he just couldn’t kill his own brother. All he could think of was Sasuke. What a sad story for a shinobi. He even begged on his knees to the third to not tell Sasuke the truth. This just makes Itachi even COOLER!! Who else could endure such mental torture, and still come out strong at the end? Sasuke, feeling incredibly stupid, now must make a decision as well. Should he believe this story or not?

I think Sasuke souldn’t believe it, but anyway he has to kkep colse to madara since he doesn’t know the true the only way to find out the true is to keep madara in sigh, So if he believes the story he will join madara, but if he doesn’t he will fake to join madara until the last second.
I would like to see Sasuke joining naruto just before fight madara and pain. but this is just a proposal, its not even close to be a theory.
After all, it was Madara’s ideals what made uchiha take the wrong way. so however its madara’s fault.

Ahh, Sasuke might just do that. Afterall, he did the exact same thing to Orochimaru and prevailed, but, this is Madara we’re talking about here. If he was smart enough to figure out that Itachi would betray him from the start, there is no doubt that he will feel a bit suspicious about Sasuke as well.

Itachi = greatest Naruto character ever; he sacrificed absolutely everything for his village, I doubt there is any other person who could’ve done what he did. Threatened Danzo, made a deal with Madara, then supposedly killed everyone in his own clan on orders . Itachi is so awesome, they should rename the series after him . Itachi was a stroke of pure genius on Kishi’s part – you hardly see a character with so much depth!
Madara seems to be manipulating Sasuke with his half truths like the Emperor Palpatine did to Anakin Skywalker in Star wars . He’s trying to “recruit” Sasuke to the Dark Side and he is doing it by the best way : to hide a lie is by hiding it within the truth .
Keep in mind that “every story has at least two sides. The side of the person who witnessed or experienced it and the truth. Events are always clouded by perception, conclusions and emotions. If two or more people experience the same exact event, they will come away with two entirely different tales about it. Each character will have their own unique take on every event. Sometimes they will contradict each other .
Their are only five people that knew the truth, Itachi , Sarutobi, Danzo, and the two elders. Itachi ,Sarutobi are dead and the other three will never reveal that dark secret . So madara side is the only canon we have until Danzo talks or the other two . I would find it hard to trust anything danzo says, after all , he went behind Tsunade’s back to have Sasuke killed when she gave orders to have him brought back and he had little children assassinated all in the name of peace .
So many questions are thrown up by these revelations and the consequences of them, mainly Sasuke’s reaction to them, are gonna be interesting, will he go against the very thing his brother sacrificed himself for and cause chaos in Konoha or will he take on his brothers path and oppose Madara.Also makes me even more interested to know what Itachi said to Sasuke as he tapped him on the forehead and died .

Excellent Nick. Kudos to your great comment. You seemed to have had everything nailed down in speech. However, how can Sasuke oppose Madara in the state that he is in now? He has no idea where he is, he has another incredibly smart Uchiha that could very well be stronger than him, and plus, he’s tied up. Sasuke’s best chance is to at least act like he’s going to join him, as Jiraiya’s pupil had previously stated, to at least have a start on what he’s going to do. Oh, and I believe the words that Itachi had said to Sasuke were “forgive me Sasuke” before he poked him on his head and died. Strange, I remember posting that before.

Thanks Skeith . I was trying to understand who the real villains are in Naruto and what drives them to do what they do . I really feel pity for Sasuke and Itachi. To me the main culprits are Madara, Danzou and the konoha advisors. The uchiha clan planning to revolt was completely understandable if you ask me. I mean its like you got a clan that practically built the country and they get treated as 2nd class citizens because of guilt by association? That’s some straight up b.s. And what I love the most is how Danzou was the one who “came to the conclusion” that the uchiha clan was responsible for the 9 tails attack. There was no evidence whatsoever. Danzou clearly hated the Uchiha clan and have no respect for any of them. He didnt even listen to Itachi’s wishes either, after Itachi was loyal to him. Hes a real dick if you ask me, just as bad as Madara.
If you think about it ,every villain has a reason for being a villain. Everyone justifies their actions. Hell if we had more of Orochimaru’s past, he would be in a “pity me” light as well. I mean for starters he was mad that he couldn’t be the hokage. You say no consequences? In regards to whom? Itachi had to live the rest of his life as an outcast, and forever have on his mind, killing his own family. I think that sucks enough and will drive anyone insane.
Sasuke on the other hand was practically caught up all in this. I think his story is far more sad than Itachi’s or anyone else. Just about anyone would of went down the path Sasuke went through. To have your family wiped out by your own sibling is fucked up, living your whole life for revenge because you have no direction or guidance is bad too, and then finding out at the end that your whole life you lived was a lie and that the person you spent your blood, sweat, and tears training to kill was actually the very one who saved you from all the bullshit is mind-blowing and heavily damaging on the psyche. I mean Sasuke hearing the truth is far more fucked up than being caught in a Tsyukyomi and I would say after this, he is definitely going to be fucked up in the head. This is the beauty of Sasuke’s story, because for once we(the readers) can actually see the true making of a villain and what drives them to think the way they do.
Also there is a big reason Itachi didn’t want Sasuke to know the truth, because it would drive him mad and probably put him over the deep end and have hate towards Konoha. And low and behold what does Madara do? Tell him the secret for the obvious reason.
What I am trying to say is that it seems very unlikely that Sasuke is going to see the light at the end of the tunnel .

Maybe. What I want to know is, why is Sasuke’s life more stricken and complex than Naruto’s, the MAIN character of the story? Honestly, Sasuke was a mistake in Kishimoto’s part. Never make a secondary character that’s a lot better than the main character of the series. It’s risky when it comes to what Naruto’s going to do from now on that can better Sasuke’s motives and skills. I have no problem with it, since of course, I like the Uchiha brothers, but Naruto is never in the spotlight unless he goes Kyuubi. That’s probably why most people like Naruto anyway.

I know what most of the fans of Naruto think that kishi should change the title Naruto to sasuke , that the story is talking too much about sasuke than the mine character naruto .
I think Kishi is using this time to develop the other players in the story before Naruto begins his great revolution. We know all that sasuke is capable of doing yet little do we know about naruto’s background and what he is capable of.
I’m also more concerned with how Naruto will avenge Jiraiya’s death. If Naruto is the”destined child,” could that be a hint that he may also possess the ability (not necessarily Rinnegan ) to master all six elements/usages of chakra?
I have a feeling that eventually Pain and Madara will try and double cross each other since they both have different goals . The way I see it, Pain is Naruto’s enemy to overcome and Madara is Sasuke’s. Naruto would have to learn some powerful techniques if he has to match all of Pein’s abilities.

Great comments all u guys, I have almost nothing to say. Itachi Prob could have been hokage, but it sounds like the elders of the village would never vote a uchiha in as hokage, with the exception of the 3rd. There is a race(clan) element in the story involving the prejudice that The uchiha faced. It sounds like madara is like Malcom X. He had good intentions, but his methods were to brutal, and violent. He lost the trust of his people, and that was his ruin. I think his story is true, it doesn’t really put madara in a great light. He even says himself that he helped itachi kill his clan for revenge. Itachi is an extremely tragic character. He had to kill his clansmen for peace. This is a contradiction in intself. He is a great character, and I believe his death, which looks like a suicide now, was fitting a true shinobi. even in death he looked after his little bro.

I almost 4got, we can’t state if kyubi attack was an accident, as i have already posted, two attacks in a relative short period of time is like to be hit by a thunder twice (unless we talk about kakashi’s techniques hehe)

Naruto’s time in the series is coming up, it is kind of buiding up to it. I think something big is in store for naruto. It seems like the story has been focusing on sasuke for a while because the titles come out every week. if they came out every month and 4 issues worth of material wee in 1 title, it wouldn’t seem that long.

another thing. I don’t see another fight between naruto and sasuke in the future. it seems like it is building away from that, and that is fine with me. I wanted to see a rematch previously, but now I want to see them fight together. against Pein and madara. And if the fight happend now, sasuke would mop the floor with him. I am not biased, Naruto is my favorite character, their styles of fighting heavily favors sasuke. Naruto has a hard time against genjutsu, the sharigan can control the 9 tails, and sasuke now has the mengekou sharigan. Naruto has to step his game up

my fsvorite character (after Jiraiya of course) is naruto but we must admit that he’s not match for sasuke since sasuke was able to control Manda with only regular sharingan, so now with MS his genjutsu is mofo powerful.
I hope Jiraiya left a kind of letter or something telling naruto he can now use of all of the toad hermit techniques.

About Naruto’s skills, for one thing, Naruto has only one talent, which is endurance. No matter what, he never gives up . All of his techiniques are too original. Shadow clones, Rasengan, that’s basically it. Sure he can summon Gamabunta and Gammakichi, but when has he done that in the heat of battle lately? It’s as if Naruto had been standing still when the two year skip happened. And let’s not forget his embarrasing ranking. Officially, he’s still a genin, but his skills definitely prove that wrong. When he uses the Kyuubi however, suddenly he’s the most powerful thing on the planet, but even in Kyuubi, some opponents still gain an advantage over him. Take Orochimaru when he was in his four tailed state, the highest state we’ve seen so far. Orochimaru wasn’t even worried. When Naruto used Kyuubi against Sasuke in part two, Sasuke was able to supress the power with his own strength, and the aid of his sharingan. Honestly, Naruto just needs to become smarter in battle situations, and possibly use that knowledge to learn new jutsu. I don’t hate Naruto, really. I just hate seeing other characters surpass him at an incredible rate.

1. The sharigan can control Kyuubi, thats how sasuke supressed Kyuubi chakra.
2. Orichimaru was not worried until he performed that jutsu where he spits himself out of his own mouth. After that his chakra was incredably low, and he ran away becuse Naruto was going to kill his ass.
3. Naruto cannot beat a upper level sharigan user using Kyuubi chakra. He has to develop his own abilities like yamato says.
4. Naruto’s stregths are. Endurance, Recovery abilities, Toughness, Incrediably large chakra amount (with Kyuubi it is damn near unlimited), and the thing that has enabled him to win his battles, His trickyness.
5. Weaknesses, battle strategies, Over emotional, Lack of range in ninjutsu attacks, variety of ninjutsu.
6. I think naruto can compete with anyone in the naruto universe, cause he will try until he drops, but he would be defeated by most of the high level ninja. If Kakashi says Naruto has suurpassed him, I don’t take that lightly

hey guys, its nice to be back, i had some exams to take and i couldnt get on, anyways, its interesting about Naruto, it is true that alot of ppl passed him in terms of ability, i’m sure even Sakura has passed him… well since he has this new training technigue i think he should learn some taijustu, which i think will really help him to get an edge, if he can attain the same speeds he had when he was fighting Sasuke, where even he had trouble following it with his Sharigan. Yea and naruto’s attacks would become more powerful with speed and skill. ex. when Sasuke was fighting Garra he used his new speed to get an advantage. thats what i think, and seeing that he can learn pretty fast, it would take him no time.

Serieously I’m getting tired of Madara explaining the past of Konoha and the Senju. I like it, but I just think they should focus on Naruto and the others. And telling us about the Senju is educational (for narutofans), but alot of that doesn’t really matter anymore because the first and second hokage are dead.
I just think they have done a great job with the lattest chapters and they need to focus on Naruto or the other Akatsuki members or Hebi (team Snake)for two or three chapters and get back then get back to where we are now.
Ok now I’m going to ask some questions
Question 1: Does anyone think that Itachi may have been trained in the ROOT?
Question 2: Does anyone think that they (after this arc is done) should focus more on NAruto’s parent’s and if Kushina Uzumaki?

Ahh, nehru. So good to read from you again. Interesting idea. If Naruto could increase his speed and taijutsu, he would be a pretty dangerous opponent. It wouldn’t be as easy for him to learn it though, since of course, Sasuke copied Lee’s speed with, what a surprise, Sharingan. Honestly, Naruto just needs a new arrangement of jutsu. Rasengan and kage bushins won’t cut it in future battles.

To Raptor-boy, an answer to question one may seem a bit cloudy for now, but with question two, I’ll be glad to express my answer. I’m sure more light will be shed on Naruto’s parents, including Kushina Uzumaki. Afterall, What would be the point of even mentioning her if the background info on her is shaded. Who knows, they’ll probably make a few chapters in the manga showing flashbacks of Kushina’s time, and how she met and fell in love with the Fourth.

WARNING SPOILER: I have just read the RAW to chapter 401 and it seems madara might have some truth to his story, as he mentioned the way itachi set out for sasuke to gain the most in the end, that’s why he died smiling. Madara claims Itachi pushed sasuke all the way in their battle to drive out Orochimaru and his cursed seal. the reason itachi was coughing blood was because he was terminally ill from a disease, but still he prolonged his life to die by sasuke’s hand in order for sasuke to benefit in two ways first by gaining mengekou sharigan and not go blind either and second so he can be acknowledged by the ppl of kanoha as a hero who avenged the Uchiha deaths and carry the name with pride again. Ithachi even went as far as joining Akatsuki group to gain information to help kanoha.

Sorry Raptor-Boy, but resurrections are rare in Naruto. We’ve only seen it happen with Gaara. Now the reanimation jutsu could be a factor, if Orochimaru is still alive.(Which I doubt, but I haven’t seen Kabuto yet. Hmmmm.)

Summary
Sasuke has some flashbacks about Itachi and apparently he now knows and understands his brothers wayz. Fast forwarding to the present, Sasuke is crying when Tobi, Suigetsu Hozuki, Karin, and Jugo are behind him. He then reveals that Team Snake (Hebi) is now Team Hawk and there only purpose is to destroy Konoha (Leaf Village)
Konoha has some tough shit in front of it and so does Naruto. I wonder if there going to return to Konoha after this.

understand him wanting to get revenge on ROOT, but the whole point of
Itashi letting sasuke kill him and giving him his techniques was so that he

Chapter 403 Summary
Naruto awakes in bed remembering what happened when he encountered Itachi. He was talking to Itachi sayin he’ll do anything to get Sasuke back. Itachi smiles in Naruto’s confidence and gives Naruto some of Itachi’s power by sending a crow down his throat, but saying that he hopes that day will never have to come when using his powers. Then he says he has to go somewhere (which means he has to fight Sasuke). Now going to back to Sasuke, Tobi says that everything is in place. Sasuke remembers the night, Itachi killed the clan. Itachi talks about Sasuke getting more power blah blah blah blah (Everybody knows what he said). Then Itachi runs away, but Sasuke follows and launches a kunai at Itachi, but hits his headband and Itachi picks it up. Before Itachi runs away, Sasuke cetches tears coming down his face. Sasuke faints. Going back into the future, Sasuke says he’s going to revive the Uchiha clan in his own way.

I like a lot the idea Raptor boy, unfortunately, since sasuke is kishimoto’s faforite character that’s hard to believe that sasuke can die. besides naruto told itachi he would find out a way to save both konoha and sasuke.
but what power was itachi talking about? i HOPE ITS SUSANOO but a bit of taijutsiu would be very helpful since naruto’s speed is not too good.
and wtf sasuke denies to take itachi’s eyes, when he comes to face madara he will regret

Actually in the original manga pliot, Kishimoto didn’t create Sasuke but an editor gave him the idea of making Sasuke
I think I also read in an artical that Sasuke was originally supposed to be a dog. hmmm now that would have been funny.

I almost forgot, I bet after futon rasengan is fully developed naruto will discover his second chakra nature, so he will train to develop the second chakra nature rasengan and then he would work in a combinated rasengan.

Anyone have any ideas of what itachi gave naruto b4 he died. Was it his susanoo. He gave sasuke his amaterasu. hmmmmmm. I wondere what can sasuke’s mangekou sharingan do since all that have been shown have different abilities.

I don’t think that’s possible willi, since sharingan is more than a technique,it is a bloodline limit.

In fact, Raptor-boy the folktale ends with no conclusion of their fight, just like it happened when naruto used rasengan for the first time.
anyway, we think tsunade will die too, but if this happends who will be rokudaime hokage? Danzou? there’s noone strong enough to be worth of call hokage besides Danzou.

Tsunade and Jiraiya stated in the manga that kakashi is a natural choice of the title of hokage, and I still don’t think jiraiya is dead, at least I hope not

404 Summary
Tobi confronts Kisame and apologizes that he didn’t show Kisame this earlier. Tobi takes off his mask and reveals he is Madara(but his face wasn’t shown). Kisame says that he rather do work under the control of Madara. Then Kisame calls him Mizukage but then he corrects himself and says Madara.
Naruto sleeps on his bed, when Kakashi says that the fth wants to see him. Near the hokage mansion he spots Gamabunta and Gamakichi next to the mansion. Gamakichi try’s to tell what happened to Jiraiya, but boss tells him to shut his trap and let the fth tell him. When he walks into the room he spots Sai, Sakura, Pa toad, Shizune, Three more toads (which one is the toad that kept the key to the gate in Naruto’s stomach which the Kyuubi is in) and obviously the fth. The fth, the key toad and Pa toad mubble some stuff about the prophocy child. Pa Toad reveals to Naruto that Jiraiya died in a fight. Naruto says what is that supposed to mean.
Tobi brings Kisame to a meeting with team Hawk, where Sasuke reveals that his only target is the elders and nothing else. Suigetsu challenges Kisame to a rematch and charges. But Tobi stops Suigetsu with his arm. Tobi says that from now on Hawk and Akatsuki are together on targeting Konoha. Sasuke says why should I, and Tobi says he’ll offer a bijuu to Sasuke. Sasuke says whats that. Then Karin explains what it is. Kisame says there is only two more bijuu Akatsuki need to extract.
Later Tobi meets with Zetsu and states Akatsuki counldn’t get this far without the help of Sasori, Kakuza, Hidan and Deidara. And now with Itachi out of the way, Sasuke is now on Madara’s side and under his control.
This was an interesting chapter.

Kisame said “Mizukage…I Mean Madara”. So it probably means he made a mistake. But that’s very unlikely so that means a couple of things…
One: Mizukage could just be a code name
Two: Kisame may have thought of someone else
Three: Madara may have been the Mizukage (probably to get his revenge on Konoha)

Hi guys. Okay, sooooo the manga has taken a completely different turn now. For one, just a silly prediction, but do you think that Itachi gave Naruto his right mangekyou sharingan eye. I mean that would be incredibly funny but just wondering. Two, I can’t believe that Sasuke actually injured Itachi when he was young. Man, Kishimoto had left a lot of interesting stuff in some old memories. Three, you’re probably right raptor-boy, Kisame did sound like he knew who he was talking too. It’s just old lingo, he said Mizukage on purpose probably, but now Kisame has a important role in this too. Hmmm, Mizukage Uchiha. sounds weird.

Kazekage+Suna+Wind Shadow=Gaara
Mizukage+Kiri+Water Shadow=?????Madara Uchiha?????
Raikage+Kumo+Lightning Shadow=?
Tsuchikage+Iwa+Earth Shadow=?
How could Madara be Mizukage? He is 10 out of 10 when it comes to Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan. He’s probably never expressed the Akatsuki Members to become Mizukage because they all just found out this chapter. Hmmm. This is tough to figure out. Kisame looked like he knew what he was saying. Here’s another solution…Maybe just like the coup d’etat plan of the Uchiha Clan and Yondaime being Naruto’s father being hidden from the village, maybe Madara being Mizukage was hidden from the rest of the world.
There’s a thought.

405 summary
One of the frogs explains how Pain crushed Jiraiya’s throat. Then Naruto gets mad at Tsunade and starts asking her questions like if she sent him. Tsunade says yes. Kakashi tells Naruto to stop whinning. Then Naruto runs out of Tsunades office. Sakura and Sai try to stop him but Tsunade tells them to let him go. Naruto walks buy Iruka, and Iruka states if Naruto wants some ramen, but he says no (meaning for the first time in his life, hiis stomach is not in control). Naruto arrives at his apartment and sobs for a while and then goes out to buy a popsicle, but then it starts to melt. Iruka comes buy and tells Naruto that he heard what happened. Naruto states that after all those years, Jiraiya only saw him as a fool. Iruka says that’s not true, Jiraiya saw him as like a grandson. Iruka then said that Jiraiya knew Naruto would grow up to be a great hokage. Iruka breaks the popsicle in half and tells Naruto that he is the Great Apprentice of one of the Legendary Sannin. Naruto Smiles, and thanks Iruka.
Back at Tsunade’s office, Shikamaru tries to decode the coded message Jiraiya made. Shikamaru nags Tsunade why he has to do this (as always), Tsunade just says to do this and she leaves. Shikamaru nags some more, and Sakura says just to do it.
Tsunade thinks of memories of Jiraiya back to when they first met. She crys and curses that fool.
This was odviously gonna be an emotional chapter.

Well of course. Perhaps the message that Jiraiya had left on the toads back probably describes the identity of Pein. Oh well, we won’t know until Shikamaru finds out. By the way, is anybody thinking about the hidden power Itachi gave to Naruto? If he was worried about Naruto “using” it one day, then it has to be an item or skill of incredible power. Maybe it’s something that can counter Sasuke’s Mangekyou sharingan. Afterall, this mysteriously new sharingan has now gotten me interested in those eyes once again. Now, I have no idea how many forms of Mangekyou can be activated now. So far, we’ve only seen four types: Kakashi, Itachi/Madara(oringinal),Madara’s brother, and now Sasuke’s, which brings back my old question, Which is stronger? Rinnegan or Sharingan?

well, I hgope its susanoo the power itachi gave naruto, after all, when itachi used susanoo zetsu said itachi was invincible, besides, we have seen that amaterasu can be dodged and tsukuyomi can be dispeled.
and we won’t know wich is stronger, as I have already said so far we don’t know much abouit rinegan but jiraiya said it was the most powerful of the three great eye techniques.
about mizukage, my point is how the hell can someone be mizukage without the other countires nitice it. in the leaf is not like yondaime tried to hide himself, indeed he was hidding naruto by giving him kushina’s last name.
any way this creepy shit is better that hold on focusing on the uchiha.
this stuff of sharingan levels makes me remember the saiyan levels in akiras db series.

i almost 4got,
i hope kishimoto don’t make naruto fight with only rasengan, futon rasengan, shadow clones and hermit mode against the leaf’s enemies, I mean to train with fukasaku naruto must be able of learning some techniques, it would be lame if it happends just like qith jiraiya, after such a long time he didn’d developed any new technique. Plus he’s got the shadow clones to develope techniques in a dramatical short period of time, this logic should make naruto reach Jiraiya’s level in a few months.
